Professional Overview
As a member of the firm’s Business Group, Elizabeth focuses her practice on all manner of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial transactions, trusts and estates, and tax. She also works closely with the firm’s Real Estate Group in transactional matters, assisting with everything from the structuring, planning, negotiation, documentation, and closing of complex deals to the leasing, financing, and development of multi-family buildings, commercial office properties, hotels, resorts, and medical facilities and centers.
Elizabeth serves a broad base of clients, ranging from private investment funds, banks, and grantors to corporations, nonprofits, developers, and healthcare organizations. Her approach to her work is based in her commitment to understanding her clients’ needs, and then using her knowledge of their businesses to anticipate and prevent problems before they arise.

When I am not working, you can probably find me on a soccer field (either playing or refereeing), at a concert, trying a new restaurant, reading a historical novel or relaxing (strong emphasis) with friends and family.
After a ten-year stint on the East Coast, I am excited to be back home in the Pacific Northwest, and I can’t wait to take advantage of all the indoor and outdoor activities the region has to offer.
