Professional Overview
Elizabeth helps her clients on a variety of commercial and intellectual property matters. Elizabeth has been on the in-house legal teams of technology companies and practiced commercial and trademark law in private practice. She has drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements, and has prosecuted and enforced trademark rights for a variety of clients from startups to public companies. Elizabeth also has experience with corporate formations, regulatory analysis, mergers and acquisitions, advertising, and copyright issues.
