Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney
HCMP seeks an associate attorney to become an integral part of the firm’s growing lender services team representing regional and national banks and private lenders in real estate-secured and C&I financing transactions. The team is part of a larger finance group comprised of eight attorneys and four paralegals handling a broad range of finance matters all over the Western United States. In addition to being service-minded, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, the ideal candidate must enjoy dealing with clients at all levels and have one to four years relevant transactional experience, including documentation, negotiation, and closing of real estate-secured financing transactions on behalf of lenders. Admission to the California bar would be a plus, but is not required.
HCMP offers an atmosphere of excellence for attorneys and staff in a collegial, non-institutional setting that encourages collaborative effort and broad client contact. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit a confidential resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org. HCMP is an equal-opportunity employer.
