Our Practice
Our litigation team represents public, private, and nonprofit clients in all areas of complex dispute resolution, including trial and appellate litigation, arbitration, mediation, and regulatory proceedings. Our clients range from the largest public and private institutions to individuals and nonprofits facing difficult legal challenges. We handle a wide range of matters for our clients, including corporate and business disputes; land use and real estate; employment law; bankruptcy and insolvency; unfair trade practices; securities; intellectual property; and eminent domain and inverse condemnation. Our team is also proud of its commitment to pro bono work for people who have suffered injustice but cannot afford legal representation, including in high profile matters of national significance.
