Robert is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focusing his practice on transactional matters. He is a skilled counselor to developers through every step of commercial and residential projects, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and condominium documents. Robert provides real estate legal services to a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from local developers to large tech companies. Robert has also developed a robust healthcare real estate practice, which includes continued representation of a regional healthcare network in all aspects of its leasing portfolio throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Represented local, national, and international developers in connection with purchases and sales of a wide variety of properties, including (but not limited to) mixed-use commercial, industrial, agricultural, vacant, and multi-family properties.
Represented a community land trust in connection with development, condominium and homeowner association documents, and unique issues related to compliance with federal lending requirements for community land trusts.
