The range of matters we have handled for these clients includes lender liability claims, loans and security agreements, alleged ponzi schemes and fraudulent conveyances, and non-judicial foreclosures. We have also assisted our clients with private internal fraud and collusion investigations as well as reviews in the course of regulatory compliance. Our firm also serves as special counsel to state lending institutions and federal regulatory agencies.
