Lucy comes to us most recently as an associate in Cooley LLP's Seattle office where she counseled emerging and high-growth companies throughout the business lifecycle, including formation, corporate governance, stockholder relations, debt transactions, venture financings and exit events. Lucy also represented investors in venture capital financings.

While in law school, Lucy served as a Legal Intern at Rover.com where she advised business teams on a range of matters, including regulatory compliance and intellectual property protection and enforcement.
