HCMP proudly announces that Alexandra Kleeman has joined the firm's Environmental team. With her extensive experience representing public and private real estate developers, Alexandra's addition to the team will further strengthen the firm's capabilities in environmental matters.

Alexandra's focus on resolving cleanup liability disputes and insurance recovery, as well as her expertise in environmental due diligence and counseling in real estate transactions, make her a valuable asset to the team. She has also represented clients in environmental mediation, arbitration, and litigation under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA).
