HCMP Welcomes Land Use Associate Rachel Mazur

We are pleased to introduce our new associate, Rachel Mazur! Rachel is a member of HCMP’s Land Use group. Her practice focuses on a variety of land use and development matters. Rachel has worked on property zoning due diligence matters and future development projects around Seattle and the eastside. She was also a fellow with The Municipal Art Society of New York, where she engaged in policy development and advocacy for zoning issues in New York City. During her final term of law school, Rachel was a graduate intern with Vieux Carré Commission in New Orleans, where she observed the application and interpretation of New Orleans zoning ordinances in various proceedings and meetings.
