HCMP Represents Seattle Housing Authority in Sale of Yesler Terrace Property to Vulcan
HCMP was delighted to represent the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) in the sale of property in Yesler Terrace to Vulcan. HCMP's Melody McCutcheon played a central role in the creation of new land use and environmental regulations for Yesler Terrace's redevelopment. HCMP attorneys Steve Rovig and Leigh-Ann Higashi represented the Housing Authority in closing the sale. Congratulations to both the SHA and Vulcan on reaching this milestone.
Redevelopment of Yesler Terrace is already under way, and the sale to Vulcan will facilitate additional new residential development. See the Puget Sound Business Journal for more information.
