HCMP was delighted to represent the Seattle Housing Authority in the sale of property in Yesler Terrace to Vulcan.  HCMP’s Melody McCutcheon played a central role in creating new land use and environmental regulations for Yesler Terrace’s redevelopment.  HCMP attorneys Steve Rovig and Kurt Kruckeberg represented the Housing Authority in closing of the sale.  Congratulations to both the Seattle Housing Authority and Vulcan on reaching this milestone.
