Celebrating 30 years of building stronger communities in King County through affordable and safe housing, Habitat for Humanity Seattle - King County hosts its most important fundraiser of the year on March 22. To ensure continuation of Habitat’s important work, HCMP Managing Principal Gary Fallon, who is a current member of the organization’s Board of Directors and a past president, has taken the lead by inviting his law school classmate and friend Deval Patrick to serve as the luncheon’s keynote speaker. Mr. Patrick is a former Governor of the state of Massachusetts and served as the US Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights.  He is now a Managing Director of Bain Capital, where he focuses on investments that make significant positive social impact.

“The issue of affordable housing has never been more important in our region than it is today,” says Fallon. “We take pride in our support of an organization that is providing decent and affordable housing in new and exciting ways. Habitat is committed to expanding its programs in the coming year to provide more solutions, touch more lives, and revitalize communities – with all solutions designed to break the cycle of generational poverty.
