HCMP is pleased to announce that attorney Lauren E. Anderson has joined the firm’s Lender Services & Finance group. Lauren has spent nearly a decade at a Chicago-based firm representing lenders in structuring, documenting, and negotiating commercial lending transactions. As a member of HCMP’s experienced Lender Services team, Lauren now applies her expertise to a broad range of financial transactions, including income property loans, construction and homebuilder financing, loan syndications, and workouts. She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science, from Wheaton College. We welcome Lauren to the firm and to the Pacific Northwest.
