HCMP congratulates its clients, Spectrum Development Solutions and Laird Norton Properties, on their innovative joint venture featured in The Seattle Times. The joint venture has  a goal of building as many as 1,000 units of workforce housing in our region.

A number of HCMP's real estate and business attorneys have been actively involved in this effort, including the joint venture’s first project, Canton Lofts, which is located in Pioneer Square.
