Professional Overview

Olivia Hodson is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities-related disputes, post-merger and acquisition litigation, and contract disputes. Olivia has experience advising financial institutions, public and private companies, and individuals in a range of complex business disputes across industries. Olivia assists clients through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, helping businesses navigate high-stakes legal and operational challenges.

Olivia has also represented clients under investigation by federal authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Division, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

Prior to joining Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson, Olivia worked in New York City at a boutique litigation firm, and in the litigation group of an international law firm.
