Olivia regularly represents financial institutions in responding to inquiries and investigations conducted by federal regulators and enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). She assists clients with internal investigations, regulatory examinations, compliance-related matters, and government enforcement issues.

Olivia has also represented clients under investigation by federal authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Division, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

By combining litigation experience with a strong understanding of regulatory and business risks, Olivia provides practical, strategic counsel designed to protect her clients' interests and help them achieve their business objectives. 

Prior to joining Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson, Olivia worked in New York City at a boutique litigation firm, and in the litigation group of an international law firm.
