Professional Overview

As a legal assistant in the Public Finance Group of HCMP (since 2013), Katie manages all administration for this practice group, including managing the firms document rooms for due diligence and closings, assisting in finalization of documents and management of the closing process, and managing and executing TEFRA notice publication, bond printing, transcript preparation, and research.

Katie also manages all administration for the Trademark Practice Group of HCMP, including but not limited to, preparing and filing trademark applications, maintenance and renewals, calendaring and maintaining deadlines.
