Served as a lobbyist to the Washington State Legislature for Weyerhaeuser
Company in connection with state legislation streamlining the local land
use permit process.
•
Represented Nitze-Stagen in connection with the redevelopment of the former
Sears retail distribution center into SODO Center.
•
Represented a local park and recreation district in connection with the
acquistion of a large tract of land from the State of Washington, Department
of Natural Resources.
•
Represented the developers of a continuing care retirement project in
connection with the local land use process in the City of Redmond.
•
Represented a variety of Puget Sound area real estate developers in connection
with commercial, multifamily and single family projects in various Puget
Sound jurisdictions.
