After working at HCMP as a summer associate in 2002, I was excited to join the Business and Real Estate groups in the fall of 2003. My practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and private lenders, with an emphasis on commercial real estate lending transactions.

 

Professional Highlights

Assisting a large private construction lender with a planned expansion of its loan program by advising it on rules and regulations governing lending in various states.

Working with banks and private lenders to document, close and modify residential and commercial construction loans.

Admitted to practice in the State of Washington, 2003.

Outside Interests

I enjoy outdoor activities of all types. As a Washington Native, I love the activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including skiing, hiking and anything on the water. I also enjoy traveling and most recently have spent extended periods of time in Western Europe and Northern Alaska.
