Since joining the firm in 1984, I have focused my practice on commercial litigation. I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of matters, including contracts, real estate, and products liability. I also devote a significant amount of time to employment matters, including wrongful discharge, employment discrimination and sexual harassment. I practice in state and federal court, before administrative bodies, and in arbitration and mediation forums.
