Profile

I first practiced with HCMP from 1985-1987 and rejoined the firm in 2000. From 1992-2000 I served as a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Snohomish County. My practice encompasses litigation of employment, securities, construction, commercial and real estate disputes in state and federal trial and appellate courts.

 

Professional Highlights

 Serving as lead counsel on trials in state, federal courts and arbitrations before the NASD and AAA involving claims of employment discrimination, breach of contract, delay damages, securities violations and personal injury.

Briefing and arguing appeals in the Washington State Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Reported decisions include Cobb v. Snohomish County, 86 Wn. App. 223, 935 P.2d 1834 (1997).

City of Seattle/Discovery Park Adopt an Area Program: Working to reestablish native species within Discovery Park.

Outside Interests
