as lead counsel on trials in state, federal courts and arbitrations before
the NASD and AAA involving claims of employment discrimination, breach
of contract, delay damages, securities violations and personal injury.

Briefing and arguing appeals in the Washington State Court of Appeals
and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Reported decisions include Cobb
v. Snohomish County, 86 Wn. App. 223, 935 P.2d 1834 (1997).
