Location
Our offices are located in downtown Seattle on the top three floors
of the Galland Building, at 1221 Second Avenue. We are between University
Street and Seneca Street, across from the Washington Mutual Tower. The
reception area is on the fifth floor.
Parking
Limited parking is available in the Galland Building garage, which
is accessible from the alley immediately west of our building. A small
public parking lot is also located across the alley, opposite our garage
entrance. Public parking is generally available in the Washington Mutual
Tower (entrance on Seneca between Second and Third Avenues); the Second
and Seneca Building (entrance on Seneca between First and Second Avenues);
and Benaroya Hall (entrance on Second Avenue between Union and University).

Directions
From the South via Interstate 5:
Take the Seneca Street Exit. Continue West on Seneca Street, past Second
Avenue. Turn right into the alley between Second Avenue and First Avenue.
The Galland Building garage is on the right about 2/3 of the way along.
From the East via Interstate 90:
Take the I-5 Exit. Keep left at the first fork in the ramp. Keep right
at the second fork in the ramp. Stay straight to go onto 7th Avenue.
Turn left on Madison Street. Turn right onto 4th Avenue. Turn left onto
Seneca Street. Continue West on Seneca Street, past Second Avenue. Turn
right into the alley between Second Avenue and First Avenue. The Galland
Building garage is on the right about 2/3 of the way along.
From the South via Highway 99 (Alaskan Way):
Take the Seneca Street Exit. Go East on Seneca, one-half block past
First Avenue. Turn left into the alley. The Galland Building garage
is on the right about 2/3 of the way along.
From the North via Interstate 5 and/or East via SR 520:
Take the Union Street Exit. Go West on Union to Second Avenue. Turn
left. You might try for parking immediately on the left in the Benaroya
Building or in the same block on the right in the Seattle Art Museum
lot. Otherwise, continue on to Seneca, then turn right and right again
into the alley. The Galland Building garage is on the right about 2/3
of the way along.
