HCMP welcomes Stacy Marchesano as an associate in its Lender Services & Finance group. Stacy's practice focuses on lender services and commercial transactions. She has a background in preparing suites of loan documents for banks and private lenders, with a particular focus on ensuring loans are properly secured by real estate and vessel collateral. Stacy's prior experience litigating matters from the pretrial stage through the highest appellate courts provides her with a unique perspective to counsel lender clients regarding potential litigation risks.

Stacy’s previous experience includes serving as an associate at Holmes, Weddle & Barcott, and as a law clerk for Chief Justice Gerry L. Alexander, Washington Supreme Court, and Justice Warren E. Jones, Idaho Supreme Court. She is active in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Green Tree Early Childhood Center.
