HCMP welcomes Michelle A. Gail as an attorney in its Real Estate and Business groups. Michelle’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions, and she has represented real estate funds, REITs, public and private pension plans, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers, lenders and borrowers. Her experience enables her to advise clients on the entire life cycle of a real estate project, from acquisition to disposition of property, including development and construction, financing, and operational matters such as leasing and management. Michelle also has extensive experience in structuring and documenting joint ventures in connection with acquisitions of real estate.

Michelle’s previous experience includes serving as an attorney with McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren PLLC and Venture Law Group, as well as serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Beezer.

She received her J.D. cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center; an M.S. from Georgetown School of Foreign Service; and an A.B. from Stanford University.

Michelle is active in the community and currently serves on the Foundation Committee for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and is Co-Founder and past Board member for Girls Go Outside.
