HCMP congratulates the University of Washington on its launch of GIX, the Global Innovation Exchange. (See the recent article in the Puget Sound Business Journal). We are honored to represent the UW on this project, including the negotiation of the real estate transaction to provide GIX an approximately 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Bellevue’s Spring District. GIX is a first-of-its kind, dual degree graduate program in partnership with China’s prestigious Tsinghua University. We believe GIX will offer a unique learning opportunity to its students and long-term benefits to Seattle’s dynamic technology sector.
