HCMP Congratulates Three Clients on Recent Successes

August 31, 2016  By HCMP Law Offices

We always enjoy hearing about our clients' successes, and we've just learned about exciting developments with three:

Novo Fogo makes cachaças (a Brazilian alcoholic beverage) that are USDA organic certified, 100% natural, and proudly not chill-filtered. The company has a new release called Graciosa, aged for two years in repurposed oak and finished for 18 months in castanheira do Pará (Brazil nut) barrels. The company says that this lends the spirit a vibrantly aromatic yet creamy disposition, with pecan and orchids on the nose, flavors of cherry custard and finishing notes of soft clove and anise.

Alan AtKisson provides sustainability consulting services and training to organizations around the world, ranging from small start-ups to municipalities to the U.S. Army. He has a new book out, “Parachuting Cats into Borneo.” Publisher’s Weekly in the US called it “a shrewd and discerning look at systemic change” that was “insightful” and “particularly valuable” — both for making change happen and dealing with daily work life.

Global Partnerships announces the launch of the Global Partnerships/Eleos Social Venture Fund (SVF). The SVF is a new, early-stage impact-led fund investing in social enterprises that expand opportunity for people living in poverty in East Africa. The organization estimates that five million people will be positively impacted.

We congratulate them on their achievements and good works.
