HCMP welcomes Dan Goodrich as an associate in its Business group. Dan's practice focuses on the tax aspects of corporate structurings, mergers and acquisitions, business and real estate transactions, and wealth management.

Dan’s previous experience includes serving as a tax associate at KPMG LLP, where he handled international acquisitions and internal restructurings. He holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in tax from the University of Washington School of Law, as well as a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music with Honors from Northwestern University and University of Puget Sound, respectively.
