Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. is pleased to announce that attorney Misa Bretschneider has joined the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use group. Misa’s practice focuses on a broad range of real estate transactions, regularly assisting clients in analyzing, drafting and negotiating purchase and sales agreements, leases and construction related contracts.

Before joining HCMP, Misa served as an associate with Fikso Kretschmer Smith Dixon Ormseth PS; a legal intern for the Seattle Art Museum & Seattle Symphony; a management intern, for CoMotion (formerly the University of Washington Center for Commercialization); and as a summer law clerk for Westerman, Hattori, Daniels & Adrian, LLP. She received her

J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law with Honors, and her B.A. from the University of Chicago, with General and Special Honors.
