HCMP congratulates its client, First Hill’s Trinity Parish Church, on its recently announced redevelopment project on land adjacent to its historic church. The 30-story, mixed-use project, to be developed by Caydon Property Group, will include new residential space and provide new and expanded church facilities to further Trinity’s ministry efforts, and to provide increased opportunities and space for community-based nonprofits. The historic church is not part of the redevelopment site and will not be affected. The project also will allow Trinity and Caydon to make a substantial financial contribution to the City of Seattle for new affordable housing. HCMP’s real estate and land use team, led by Chris Addicott and Ann Gygi, is proud to have assisted Trinity on this deal.
