Downtown Seattle Zoning Changes
In April 2006, the City enacted significant zoning changes for major
portions of downtown, allowing taller buildings and greater density.
HCMP attorneys were key participants in developing the new regulations
and provided land use counsel to the very first projects using the new
code. We are now assisting several clients with their downtown projects
and are excited by the changes that will result from the new zoning.

Zoning for Commercial Districts
