Profile

I am an associate in the Business and Real Estate Group at HCMP. I have been with the firm since 2000. My practice currently focuses on business and real estate, including work related to real estate transactions, condominiums, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

I also have experience in litigation and arbitration, particularly with regard to disputes relating to real estate and business. I have litigated condemnation proceedings in the Washington Superior Courts and before the Washington Supreme Court. My work has also included representation of clients in litigation relating to alleged construction defects, litigation between general contractors and subcontractors, and litigation between commercial landlords and tenants. On the business side, I have experience in employment disputes, litigation relating to mergers and acquisitions, and contractual disputes between businesses.
