Highlights
Represent
one of the state's largest surface mining companies in securing and updating
permits for several sites in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. This
work includes obtaining mining, shoreline, and building permits; negotiating
aquatic lands leases and hydraulic project approvals; and negotiating
with federal agencies in connection with the Endangered Species Act.
Assisted
in representing Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company and The Quadrant Corporation
in numerous land use and real estate matters relating to the mixed-use
development at Snoqualmie Ridge, including preliminary and final plat
approvals and development agreements.
Have
assisted businesses and individuals in a wide variety of real estate and
land use matters, including rezones, condemnation actions, LID assessment
appeals, and permits for residential and commercial docks.
