Profile

Since joining HCMP in 1999, I have worked as receptionist and as accounts receivable in the accounting department. Now, as paralegal in the Business and Real Estate Group, I work with our attorneys on many aspects of real estate and financing transactions, including the verification of property ownership; the review of title policies, legal descriptions and surveys; drafting of loan and closing documents; preparation of UCC financing statements; and coordinating and assisting with the closing of loans and real estate transactions. I have extensive contact with clients, title companies, brokers, and surveyors. Additionally, I assist our litigation group with asset and background searches.
