Profile
I joined HCMP in 2000 as a legal secretary and am now a paralegal assisting
our attorneys in the areas of real estate, business, estate planning and
probate. My business practice includes all aspects of commercial transactions,
including formation and maintenance of business entities, purchases and
sales, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks and reorganizations. In estate
planning and probate, I work with our attorneys through the entire process
from drafting to signing of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other
estate planning documents, and I regularly appear in the ex parte department
of the King County Superior Court for probate matters. I maintain regular
contact with clients and various governmental entities to meet the needs
of our clients.
