Profile

Following a two-year sojourn to the Colorado Rockies, where I clerked for U.S. District Court Chief Judge Richard P. Matsch, I returned to Seattle in 1995 and started practicing at HCMP. My early practice at HCMP focused on the litigation and trial of complex commercial, real estate and technology matters in state and federal courts. I am now a principal in HCMP's Litigation and Lender Services departments. My practice focuses on the representation of lenders, securities brokerage firms, secured creditors and commercial landlords covering the full range of legal services, from collateralization and workout planning through active participation in complex litigation cases, securities arbitrations and bankruptcies.
