Profile

I joined HCMP in the summer of 2006 supporting the litigation group, primarily in securities. I handle all phases of document management including collection, review, summarization; and I help prepare and respond to discovery requests and subpoenas.

 

Professional Highlights

Before joining HCMP, I worked in civil litigation for a private practice and in intellectual property for an in-house counsel. Some highlights include:

Lead paralegal on an early construction defect claim involving luxury condominiums

Lead paralegal on a major civil claim involving so-called "repressed memory therapy"

Lead paralegal on four separate personal injury trials that resulted in either defense verdicts or awards below offers of judgment

Assisted in investigations of software piracy and copyright infringement claims

Worked as project manager for the creation of a specialized contracts generation database
